I, LaQuintae—through LQ Operations, #HERLYFE, and AOCC—am transforming communities like Bedford Hills, the only women’s maximum-security facility in New York State.

It is home to many long-termers, including my mother, Tami Eldridge. My mission is to create pathways that connect incarcerated women to opportunities beyond prison—helping them rebuild, reconnect, and redefine their futures after incarceration.

I define long-termers as individuals serving sentences of 15 years or more, including life sentences.
