THE PRESIDENT, CREATOR AND FOUNDER LAQUINTAE BRADLEY
#FREETAMI
Tami Eldridge has been incarcerated for 26 years. She has done everything a person can do to transform, and our community needs her home.
As co-creator, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of LQ Operations, #HERLYFE & AOCC [Author/Artist of Created Content].
“Incarceration does not only impact those inside; it affects families, communities and society at a large.”
#HERLyfe is a collective movement advocating for the liberation of women who have endured decades of incarceration.
At LQ Operations we specialize in operating Alternative to Incarceration programming to non-profit organizations that serve justice impacted communities and youth aged 17-25.
AOCC is a vital component of LQ OP, The mission of AOCC (Author/Artist of Created Content) is to engage small groups of 10–15 court-impacted youth in exploring art, music, and literature as tools for healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. Through creative expression, participants strengthen coping skills, build positive self-images, and connect with others on similar journeys.
AOCC is a 52-week and ongoing interactive community initiative designed to provide long-term support for individuals affected by the school-to-prison pipeline and its lasting impact.
We believe in creating meaningful alternatives that disrupt this cycle by empowering youth through:
Mentorship & leadership development
Skill-building and creative exploration
Journaling, art, and music engagement
Community connection and collaboration
By fostering creativity, reflection, and connection, AOCC helps participants forge new pathways, break cycles, build futures, and live intentionally rooted in a deeper understanding of self.
